City Utility Bills Routed to Kansas City According to US Post Office

The City of Neodesha would like to make residents aware of an issue affecting the delivery of recent utility bills.

Due to recent changes within the United States Postal Service, mail originating in Neodesha is now being routed to Kansas City for sorting before being sent back out for delivery. This new process has significantly increased delivery times and has resulted in many citizens not yet receiving their City of Neodesha utility bills.

City staff are aware of the situation and have spoken with representatives of the U.S. Postal Service. At this time, we have been informed that this is how the new mail processing system will operate moving forward.

If you have not yet received your bill, there are a couple of ways you can still check your balance:

1. Online through PSN (Payment Services Network):
You can log in to PSN to view your current bill balance.
Please note: The total shown reflects the current usage amount and not the budget pay amount. Customers enrolled in budget billing will see the usage total rather than their normal budget payment.


2. Contact City Hall:
You may call City Hall (620) 325-2828 or stop by in person and our front desk staff will be happy to check your account and provide your current bill total.
