Dog & Cat Registrations Due Beginning January 1, 2024

CITY DOG and CAT REGISTRATIONS ARE DUE BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2024.

Current Fees:

Neutered or spayed: $5.00.
Unneutered or unspayed: $25.00.
Late registration penalty fee (After March 1): $10.00 for neutered or spayed; $50.00 for unneutered or unspayed.

Impounded dog redemption fee:

Dogs without tags that are picked up shall be subject to an impoundment charge. Impounded dog redemption fee:

First   impoundment:   $15.00   plus  $10.00   per day for feeding and maintaining the dog while impounded.
Second impoundment:    $50.00 plus $10.00 per day for feeding and maintaining the dog while impounded.
Third and subsequent impoundment:

$100.00 plus $10.00 per day for feeding and maintaining the dog while impounded.

Kennel License (Required for owners with 5 or more dogs/cats.): $250.00

PLEASE bring your dog or cat’s registration papers along with you when you come to City Hall.
